We offer you a lifetime guarantee on all our workmanship and a 1 year guarantee on
glass used for any replacement. If any glass that we have installed, leaks or fails for
any reason other than those mentioned below which are beyond our control, we will
rectify the problem with no charge to you.
We are unable to extend our guarantee to cover anything beyond our control, such as:
Impact damage, driving the vehicle before the recommended safe driveway time (as
advised by us) has expired, pre-existing rust or corrosion in the vehicle body,
deterioration of a rubber gasket or moulding which at, the customer's request, has
been reused and has therefore not been replaced, misuse of vehicle, owner
negligence, environmentally induced deterioration, existing vehicle faults or
temporary repairs carried out by us at your request.
Our guarantee is non-transferable. This guarantee will be honoured upon
presentation of the invoice and receipt for the completed glass replacement. We
cannot honour the guarantee without the above mentioned paperwork. The shop will
only provide additional copies of job invoices/reciepts within 30 days of the service.
