| Warranty Disclaimer |
Preferred AutoGlass warrants the automotive glass installed to be free from defects in material and workmanship upon
delivery, subject to the terms herein. Any problems caused by installation error, such as wind and water leaks, loose
moldings and some types of stress cracks, will, at the option of Preferred AutoGlass be repaired or replaced at no cost to
Customer. This warranty is valid for as long as the owner owns the vehicle. This warranty does not transfer. THIS
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: leakage or stress cracks caused by pre-existing rust, structural damage or other
damage caused by vandalism or impact with foreign objects. This is inclusive of parts that may have been damaged due to
the pressure of the glass breakage. In some cases with breakage to door glasses, this has caused damaged to the
regulator, motor, door switch and/or other internal parts inside the door of the vehicle. Customer agrees that Preferred
AutoGlass shall not be responsible for such breakage as their SOLE RESPONSIBILITY IS TO REPLACE THE ACTUAL
GLASS, NOT THE INNER WORKINGS OF THE DOOR. In such an event, Preferred AutoGlass shall give customer a list of
options to repair the internal damage. Should customer have the internal damage repairs completed by anyone other than
Preferred AutoGlass, the warranty on the glass installation is automatically voided. In the event Customer requests repair of
rock chip or other damage caused by impact with foreign objects or by vandalism, Customer agrees that Preferred
AutoGlass shall not be responsible for breakage that occurs in attempting such repairs. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF
A WINDSHIELD AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. This exclusive remedy will not
be deemed to have failed of its essential purpose so long as Preferred AutoGlass is willing and able to repair or replace the
automotive glass installed. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR USE. Preferred AutoGlass makes no other warranties of any kind and any repair or attempt to
repair the automotive glass installed by anyone other than Preferred AutoGlass automatically voids this warranty. Any oral
or written statement concerning the automotive glass installed inconsistent with this warranty shall be of no force or effect.
